  6. Cumin seed powder or jeera powder – 1 teaspoon
  7. Black cumin seed  or Kala jeera powder – 1 teaspoon
  8. Pure asafoetida powder or hing powder – 1 teaspoon
  9. Cow’s ghee

Take all the ingredients and mix well. And, that’s it, your Hingwashtak powder is ready. This powder can be stored for up to 6 months in a dry and airtight container for preventive healthcare.
